SUMMARY JUDGMENT FOR DENTAL GROUP

Attorney, Mark Salsberg successfully obtained summary judgment on behalf of our client, a multi-office dental group.  This matter involved the failure to perform a tooth extraction followed by implant placement.  Plaintiff claimed he/she developed a significant infection leading to implant failure, loss of adjacent teeth, and the need for surgical intervention.  Mark successfully argued that the care and treatment was appropriate and the subsequent difficulties were not due to the care rendered.  The motion to re-argue was denied and the decision was upheld on appeal.
