Ginette Portera obtained dismissal on behalf of an otolaryngologist in March of 2023 in Kings County. The matter involved the alleged negligent performance of two nasal surgeries on a then 47-year-old man which resulted in multiple recurrent infections, abscess, ear infection, throat infection, difficulty breathing and swallowing, and extensive scar development.
