DISCONTINUANCE IN FAVOR OF PLASTIC SURGEON AND GROUP

Attorneys James Jankowski and and Julio Vasquez represented a board certified plastic surgeon and his group and successfully obtained a stipulation of discontinuance on the day of jury selection.  The case involved the alleged negligent performance of a bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty, left upper eyelid ptosis repair, left internal brow pexy with fat grafting to the lower eyelids in a then 41 year old female, resulting in unsightly scarring/deformity, severe emotional distress and an inability to conduct both her professional and personal life at conversational distances due to shame and embarrassment.
