In March 2025, Kevin Natale obtained dismissal of a medical malpractice case pending in Supreme Court, Kings County.  The case was brought against an internal medicine/geriatric medicine physician and a psychiatrist.  The case involved claims of improper medical and psychiatric care and wrongful discharge from a rehabilitation facility, allegedly resulting in post-traumatic stress disorder and associated physical injuries.  The court dismissed the action with prejudice.
