DISMISSAL FOR A GENERAL DENTIST

Attorney Julio J. Vasquez obtained summary judgment in September 2022 on behalf of a general dentist in a case venued in Queens County involving a 62 year old female who alleged improper performance of a root canal and a failure to diagnose and treat osteomyelitis resulting in a hospitalization, surgery and placement of a PICC line to treat osteonecrosis of the mandible.
