DISMISSAL OF ER DOCTOR AND PA

In December 2022, attorney Julio J. Vasquez secured summary judgment in a Queens County case in favor of both an emergency medicine physician and a physician’s assistant. The case involved a 22 year old male who sustained an injury during sporting activities. Plaintiff’s counsel alleged the defendants failed to diagnose and treat a left wrist scaphoid fracture resulting in three subsequent hand surgeries and loss of range of motion.
