Paul Nasta

On September 18, 2025, Paul Nasta and our team obtained a unanimous jury verdict in Supreme Court, Suffolk County, in favor our client, a Board Certified obstetrician/gynecologist.  The case involved the performance of a laparoscopic hysterectomy.  During the surgery, the patient suffered an avulsion injury to her small bowel.  The plaintiff’s claim that our client negligently performed the surgery was rejected by the jury.
